McGee Barr Grant Application Form

The McGee Barr Grants will be awarded to organizations that help the poor of Delaware County, IA. following the example set by Donor Garrett McGee. Applications should be completed no later than the last working day of October each year. Applications will be judged by how they meet the criteria of benefiting the poor of Delaware County. Judging criteria will include number of individuals helped, manner in which they are helped, long lasting value of the proposed help, and estimated value of such help.
