Harlo Coon Grant Application Form

The Harlo Coon Grants will be awarded to organizations that help the elderly of Delaware County, IA. following the example set by Harlo Coon. Applications should be made on this form and one copy of each clearly marked application should be delivered, mailed or emailed to the Foundations address as shown above no later then the last working day of October each year. Each year the Foundation will grant $1,750 to one, or more, organizations who’s application(s) are judged to meet the criteria of benefiting the elderly of Delaware County. Judging criteria will include number helped, manner in which they are helped, long lasting value of the proposed help and estimated value of such help.
