SBA Disaster Assistance
The Governor issued disaster declaration to the SBA for all 99 counties in Iowa. Here is a link to encourage small businesses and private non-profits to start applying for disaster relief. This does not apply to churches unfortunately. An injured business is defined as a business that cannot make payroll or PTO due to lack of commerce.

SBA Loan Information
The SBA is providing loans to small businesses due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The
loans offer up to $2 million in assistance to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills.

F&M Bank in Manchester, GNB Bank in Manchester, and Community Savings Bank in Manchester, Earlville, and Edgewood. Checks may also be mailed to FFDC, 200 E. Main St., Manchester, Iowa 52057.
