Vacation Raffle

1. RAFFLE HOST & PURPOSE
This raffle (“Raffle”) is organized and administered by the Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce (“the Chamber”).
All proceeds derived from the Raffle support Chamber initiatives, programs, and community development efforts.
Visit the Magic Travel (“Sponsor”) is the official sponsor of the vacation prize option.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
2.1 A purchase is required to enter the Raffle.
2.2 Individuals enter the Raffle by purchasing official raffle tickets issued by the Chamber.
2.3 Each purchased ticket constitutes one (1) entry.
2.4 Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.5 The Raffle is void where prohibited by applicable law.

3. WINNER SELECTION
3.1 One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected by random drawing from all validly
purchased tickets.
3.2 The drawing will take place on February 14, 2026.
3.3 The Winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of
purchase.
3.4 The prize is awarded solely to the named Winner and is non-transferable.

4. PRIZE OPTIONS
The Winner may elect to receive one (1) of the following:
4.1 A cash prize of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000), administered by the Chamber; or
4.2 A Five Thousand Dollar ($5,000) vacation credit sponsored by Visit the Magic Travel
(“Vacation Credit”).

5. VACATION CREDIT TERMS
5.1 The Vacation Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.2 Eligible vacation types include:
(a) All-inclusive resort vacations
(b) Hawaii vacation packages
(c) Ocean cruises
(d) River cruises
(e) Disney vacations
(f) Universal Studios vacations
5.3 Airfare may be included only when booked as part of a complete vacation package.
5.4 Stand-alone airfare purchases are not eligible for use of the Vacation Credit.

6. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
6.1 The Vacation Credit must be redeemed by booking a qualifying vacation in calendar year 2026.
6.2 All travel must be paid in full in calendar year 2026.
6.3 Travel may occur after 2026 only if permitted by the travel supplier.
6.4 All bookings must be made exclusively through Visit the Magic Travel.
6.5 The Winner agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s standard Terms & Conditions and those of all applicable travel suppliers.

7. LIMITATIONS OF USE
7.1 The Vacation Credit may NOT be used for:
(a) Stand-alone airfare
(b) Travel insurance
(c) Visa, passport, or government fees
(d) Resort fees not included in package pricing
(e) Gratuities
(f) Optional excursions, onboard credits, or upgrades
(g) Merchandise, gift cards, or non-travel items
7.2 If the total cost of the vacation exceeds $5,000, the Winner is responsible for the
difference.
7.3 Any unused portion of the Vacation Credit is forfeited.

8. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
The Winner and all accompanying travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and
maintaining valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports, Real ID- compliant identification, visas, and required health documents.

9. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
9.1 Standard cancellation and change fees imposed by the Sponsor and travel suppliers shall apply.
9.2 If a booked trip is canceled by the Winner, the Vacation Credit is considered redeemed and forfeited.
9.3 No extensions, substitutions, or reissuance of the Vacation Credit shall be permitted.

10. LIABILITY & RELEASE

10.1 The Chamber and Sponsor are not responsible for travel delays, supplier cancellations, acts of nature, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond their control.
10.2 By participating in the Raffle and/or accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Chamber, Sponsor, and their respective officers, employees, partners, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of participation or prize use.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Purchase of a raffle ticket constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance of the prize reaffirms the Winner’s agreement to all provisions contained
herein.
